Egg. .... ...No, I'm kidding (although the honeybush plant DOES have yolk-yellow flowers). Sweet as its name implies, the base tea in this blend is much lighter and less earthy than its rooibos cousin, without any tannin bitterness. Meanwhile, apricot and apple pieces combine for a crowd-pleasing fragrance that plays partner well to much louder and rowdier flavors.
