“ Wow! I’ve never had something like this before. A little less of the thick mouthfeel I’ve gotten from the other teas here, as it runs away quickly, but that is not a problem at all. The smell is strongly of chocolate/cocoa immediately as soon as you open the tin, and that lingers through brewing and pouring as well. It’s the first flavor that lightly hits your tongue and expands on a breath in and swallow.
However, that’s far from the only flavor present.
I hesitate to call it complex, but it’s unlike any tea I’ve had before.
I’ve been trying to put my finger on exactly what the cocoa reminded me of, and on further drinking, I believe it’s reminding me of Tootsie Rolls.
This is a fun one! I had my worries when I ordered it, but they were completely unfounded. Definitely recommend! ”
