The sweet Vanilla Oolong veils above the earthy Pu-Erh Hazelberry, just like the salt flats of Death Valley cover over the desert ground. A hint of Safflower rounds up this warm and flavorful landscape inspired tea.
I like to brew it Gong Fu Style, where I use less water (200ml) and steep it for about 20 seconds! I simply add 5-10 seconds to each additional infusion. Enjoy!
