This is a decaf version of one of my favorite tea blends... and one of my favorite pies! Steep this tea for 4 minutes using slightly-less-than-boiling (about 180 degree) water. It is great on its own, or with a hint of honey.

Low caffeine | Steep at 195° for 2 mins
