Cinnamon apple rooibos, christmas flavor, and cranberry tea all come together to create an imitation wassail flavor for the holidays without spending hours on all the flavors to blend in a crock or stockpot. Steep one heaping teaspoon per 8oz for 5-6 minutes at 212 degrees. Adjust flavor for personal preference, adding sugar, honey, or milk as you desire.
This is my first blend, born of the desire to have something like wassail to drink when it's cold but without spending hours and money on bulky, expensive ingredients. I'm still fiddling with the ingredient ratio and will likely adjust as I try my hand at it. Please be gentle and let me know what you think would improve the flavor, what comes across as too much, or what could use a little more punch in the final product!
