I wanted to fashion a tea out of a poem I wrote when I was a sophomore in high school. Because orange groves are part of the poem, I though of course it would need a touch of orange - but not too much. I also wanted something light, flowery... utopian. I chose rooibos jasmine to fulfill this quality. Finally, for the sweetness that is this poem, I chose vanilla oolong. I think it will mellow out the jasmine and orange flavors and mix very nicely.
