Houjicha is a roasted green tea- I decided to mix it with chocolate honeybush, chocolate chips, and cloves. I added some vanilla rooibos to level out the chocolate and spice and add some creaminess. This is a roasty, toasty tea with flavors of cocoa, vanilla and spiced cloves!
