Harsh with a little disdain for the weakness of the heart. Enjoy hot without sugar for a more medicinal flavor, or add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar per 8 oz to bring out the kick of the spearmint. Iced with a little sugar brings the green tea forward with a spearmint aftertaste. We recommend 2 teaspoons of loose tea per 8 oz steeped for 4 minutes at about 210. Inspired by Kingdom Hearts.
