I was introduced to Saltire rock on a trip to Scotland and I became instantly addicted. This blend reminds me of the candy... creamy and tangy with lots of bergamont citrus. It's also just a great earl grey tea! You won't even need to add lemon... just make sure you don't steep more than 3 minutes or it turns bitter.
High caffeine | Steep at 212° for 3 mins
