Most of my blends have been herbal, rooibos & honeybush combinations because I try to limit my intake of caffeine and then also people with certain types of conditions that have to limit caffeine can enjoy them as well. However, I find that white tea has the least amount of caffeine between itself, green & black teas. Also the white teas have wonderful mellow flavor and they blend well with herbal, rooibos & honeybush due to their longer steep time.
