Make your New Year's Eve glow, no matter your drinking pleasure. White Eternal Spring, bright as the winter sun, is mixed with the crispness of White Pear, the tart zing of Sour Apple, and the beautifully-dry pairing of ginger and orange peel. The result? Is effervescent. Brewed strong and chilled, then liberally spiked with ginger ale, it becomes a remarkable alternative to champagne. This January the 31st, raise a glass to the passing of the old year and to the hopes of the new.

Nope. Smells bad and tastes bad. I am so glad I only bought a small tin!

I recently held an online tea tasting with “Bubbly” & 2 other “champagne alternative” teas. This tea is light in color, almost a pink grapefruit shade, and has more fruity tones than tea tones... in fact, I really didn’t detect tea at all. When a little sugar was added, it was more like warm juice. I also chilled a cup and added ginger ale as suggested - it was refreshing, but neither tea- nor champagne-like. For someone who likes Asti Spumante, this was no alternative.

I guess I can see why someone would think this has no flavor. This is often a problem with mixtures that include white pear. But I left the tea ball in the entire time I was drinking (which I know you're not supposed to do) and the eternal spring/sour apple combo made up the difference. Light, but pleasant floral tea that I can definitely see tasting like champagne.

PS - the sparkling bubbles on the deep red surface when ginger ale is added are so pretty, but doing it does cut down the flavor. Then again, champagne is entirely tasteless, so this is better.

This tea has... no flavor whatsoever. It smells nice and is a nice rose color, but it tastes like the water it's brewed in.

Even when I added ginger ale as instructed, hoping it would bring out some lingering flavor, it just tasted like ginger ale. I'm disappointed, this looked so good. I'm still updating my review from the previous one star, though, because it really does smell fantastic.

This is my new favorite tea blend - fresh green tea taste with fruity overtones ofapple and blueberries. Definitely reminiscent of fruity champagne. Very refreshing after a meal!
