St. Patrick's Day inspiration, though I wanted to shoot for something a bit different than your traditional Irish Breakfast blend. Still, we've got the Assam + Ceylon in the gingerbread, can't go wrong there. I did have a hard time not tossing some cream in the mix, but I do believe this works! The sweet honey and nutty/amaretto notes in the rooibos with the spicy ginger will make for a tea that can smack you around a little bit - without actually punching you in the throat.
