Tea with more than a passing resemblance to whiskey: smoke, peat, strength. Tiger Eye black tea and cocoa nibs lend this blend notes of caramel and chocolate, while Pu Erh Dante brings in a dark earthiness, and Lapsang Souchong brings in smoke. The addition of red peppercorn adds a necessary bit of bite to the edges. The combination is multilayered and complex, a tea that benefits from being heaped up by becoming deeper. Richer. More impactful. All in all, this drink is not a shot to be taken lightly.
