Colonial Williamsburg has a little something for everyone. There are historic house tours. You can get history lessons in the government buildings. There's a Bits and Bridles tour for horse people. Official ghost tours happen after dark. There also lots of shopping and restaurants to try. Even if you're not a history buff, give it a chance.
