A blend for menstrual cramps. Hibiscus is known to help with cramps, as is raspberry leaf. I assume straight raspberries are not so effective since everyone always specifies raspberry leaf, but I figured I'd add it for flavor. Now that we have inclusions, I've added an extra scoop of hibiscus and two scoops of raspberry leaves.
