This is Nemu's special blend of tea that will put you right to sleep, but is flavorful enough to drink while reading a book. Chamomile and Lavender will do wonders for your sleep cycle, as will the lemongrass with some rooibos and cherries in there to make it a little bit sweeter. Completely decaf, just the way Nemu likes it.

Obviously Nemu's tea had to be heavy on the chamomile and lemongrass, but I wanted more than just a simple herbal tea, so I used rooibos lemon cloud as a base which has camomile, with some lavender, because that's popular as well in many sleep-easy teas. But Nemu also has a bit of a hidden feisty personality, so she'd totally put cherries in her tea as well for some zest and to compliment the lemon flavor.
