A revolutionary device that heats water and prepares tea at the push of a button. Its ingenious design pumps water from the base into the infuser basket, steeping tea leaves as it circulates. Ideal time and temperature settings for each variety of tea ensure a perfect strength for your chosen variety. When tea is ready, the kettle will keep it warm for 60 minutes to ensure that your last cup tastes as good as your first.

Simply need hot water? Select the "heat only" button first and then your desired temperature. The water will heat, but not circulate. The infuser basket is dishwasher-safe and easy-to-clean.

Photos below and videos nearby detail this product's unique features. For optimal performance, please use spring water descale regularly (monthly recommended, tablets sold separately below).

Made in China | UL STD 1082 | 6" diameter | 11" tall | Makes a minimum of 8 oz and a maximum of 40 oz of tea | ETL listed | 110 volts, 1500 watts

instructions

Open lid and fill the kettle with water. Be careful to not exceed the "max" mark. Place tea leaves inside the infuser basket. Return kettle to base, plug into outlet, and push the button that corresponds to the tea that you're steeping. The button will blink, indicating activity. Once the kettle reaches a temperature that's perfect for your tea, it will circulate water through the infuser basket. When the infusion is complete, the button will glow solid, the kettle will beep, and your tea will keep warm for one hour. To end the 'keep warm' cycle, press the glowing button once more. To heat water without steeping tea, please press 'heat only" button followed by your desired temperature. The kettle will heat water and keep it warm for one hour. To stop, press the glowing button once again. Kettle is off when no buttons are blinking or glowing.

Questions and Answers

Ask a question about velociTEA and have the Adagio Teas community offer feedback.

I have two questions. First, what is the lowest amount of water that can be used for this? Second, does the infuser automatically lower into the water and raise up again at the end of the brewing time or is there a timer for the person using it to take it

I noticed some teas have time requirements outside of those on the kettle. (Vanilla, 3 mins at 212 vs Black Tea setting at 5 mins.) How do I get around this?

Does this work well to make only 8-16 oz of tea? Or is it better used for larger amounts of tea?

There are teas like Chai or Blood Orange that taste best when brewed longer. Can you run it through the cycle twice or will that contaminate the inner workings of the machine for future pots of tea?

How would you use this for making mate teas. They steep at 150 for 3 mins. I don't see an option for that.

Does the tea maker somehow hold the water in the basket for the set time so the tea steeps in a traditional sense or does the water just run into and back out of the basket over and over until the time ends?
