Traditional Thai Tea is made with strongly brewed Ceylon tea. A hint of vanilla and coconut add sweetness, while aniseed and cardamom give the tea a bit of Thai spice.
To Make Thai Iced Tea: Boil 8oz water with 2 Tbsp tea blend and 3 Tbsp sugar for 5-7 minutes.Chill. Pour over ice. Top with 2oz half and half.
High caffeine | Steep at 212° for 3 mins
