As someone who suffers from PCOS, I wanted to make a blend that I knew Id like and that would help my symptoms. Raspberry green, Spearmint, and White Peony make up this tea, and they all help with PCOS. Accented with raspberry leaves for an extra punch of raspberry flavor.
