Springtime is the land awakening. The March winds are the morning yawn. I considered this quote when coming up with my idea for a springtime tea. In that regard I decided to make Earl Grey Bravo the prominent ingredient because it awakens the mind, I made vanilla oolong the second prominent ingredient because the kiss of vanilla is short and sweet just like the months of Spring. Finally, I added a hint of apple spice chai to awaken the senses and hold together this symphony of spring.
