Eric Staal is bold with smoky lapsang souchong and the citrus of Ceylon teas and bergamot, tempered with a vanilla sweetness to keep you from turning away from the eldest Staal. This tea is best served slightly sweetened with natural sugar crystals, but your preferred sweetener is acceptable.
