“ The Skinny Tea has elicited varied reactions, with its flavor profile being compared to a spinach salad with citrus and fennel dressing or a mellow cinnamon oolong with creamy notes. While some find it delightfully refreshing and excellent for digestion, others caution about its laxative effects, especially for those with sensitive stomachs or IBS. Its potential for causing uncomfortably urgent bathroom visits prompted advice to consume with care, particularly after eating spicy or low-fiber meals. Many appreciate its blend of fruits, spices, and teas, enjoying it as a wellness tea that may also aid in weight management. The tea's effect, flavor, and potential health benefits make it a subject of curiosity and appreciation, though it's recommended to stay hydrated and consult a doctor if on medication. ”
“ It tasted a lot like a spinach salad with a citrus and fennel dressing! Not my cup of tea per say, but it was high quality and would be very nice for those who enjoy that particular flavor profile.
(Update!)
It still tastes lovely, but the effects were more pronounced this time. If you've a sensitive stomach or if you're anywhere in the zipcode of having IBS, imbibe with caution and be mindful of what you've been eating prior to drinking this tea. Maybe have something with a bit of fiber, something to give you a bit of form and structure for outgoing parcels. Maybe don't be like me, booboo the fool, who ate something incredibly spicy. Who has been eating a lot of keto food recently. Who didn't quite get enough fiber. I, a gormless simpleton who accidentally engineered the exact series of events needed to turn this tea from a nice refreshing brew into an agent of biological warfare against myself, my family, and my neighborhood.
Our teabags contain the same high-quality tea as our loose-tea offerings. Their pyramid shape gives the leaves plenty of room to unfurl and infuse, placing more flavor in each cup. Enjoy the superior flavor of gourmet tea with the convenience of a disposable bag.

A person's basal metabolic rate refers to how much energy they need to sustain themselves (i.e. breathing, blood flow, brain activity, etc.) at rest. The higher a person's metabolic rate, the faster they burn through calories. For this reason, metabolic rates are key factors in weight loss or gain. Caffeine, which is present in oolong, green, and mate (pronounced mah-tay) tea, is known to raise metabolic rates in adults, making teas like this one the perfect boost for your weight loss routine. Just don't overindulge, or your digestive system might get a little too much of a boost.
