Our matcha accessories are inspired by the typical accouterments used in chanoyu, the traditional Japanese tea ceremony.

Use the bamboo scoop to measure out the matcha into the strainer and sift into your matcha bowl. Add a small amount of hot water in the matcha bowl, then whisk into a thick paste. When the powder is evenly distributed then add the rest of the hot water and whisk in a "M" formation until a fine, light-green foam is produced. Place rinsed whisk back on the ceramic holder to help maintain its shape.

All Items Made in China | Scoop: 7" long | Strainer: 2.5" diameter | Tea whisk: 2.25" diameter, 4" tall, 80 individual prongs | Whisk holder: 3" tall

AI Bot Summary
based on most popular reviews
Customers have shared their positive experiences with matcha accessories, emphasizing how tools like the bamboo whisk, strainer, and matcha bowl enhance the preparation and taste of matcha tea. Users advise against scraping the whisk on the bowl's bottom to maintain its condition and suggest washing it in kitchen soap before use. While the set lacks a storage case, the quality of the bamboo whisk, which seems durable and lightweight, is praised. The strainer's effectiveness in removing tea particles is noted, though it's suggested to ensure it's dry before use to prevent clogging. Overall, these accessories are deemed essential for authentic matcha preparation, noticeably improving the enjoyment and flavor of the tea.

I got the whisk and it's very useful. Make sure not to scrape the whisk along the bottom of the bowl, because that will make the bamboo unwravel from its curls. Just lightly whisk the tea without scraping/pushing it on the bottom, and yours should hold up for a very long time.

Any chance this will ever be sold as a set? I'd love to see it offered in a bamboo case of sorts for storage and presentation.
