As a prime example of the 'new breed' of organized crime boss, Elias is seen as more civilized and businesslike than the older dons, so his blend has a high percentage of Earl Grey Green. He does get his hands dirty when the situation needs it, though, so there's Blood Orange and Toasted Mate to round it out (Blood Orange not just for the 'blood' aspect, but also for the Italian side of his heritage as Don Moretti's son.) And an accent of Hibiscus flowers in honour of his mother, whose murder set everything in motion.
