We don't know a whole lot about Carter's food likes and dislikes, other than the Pad Thai she and Taylor planned for dinner in one episode, so Thai Chai and Vanilla Oolong are the base for her blend. Gunpowder rounds it out, since as well as being a cop, she shares a military background with Reese.

“ I love this tea! It smells enticing and rich, I immediately thought it would make an excellent breakfast tea. It has just the right hint of cinnamon, enough to give it flavor but without taking over the cup. This tea is a treasure, just like Carter. ”

“ The minute I smelled this in the bag I knew I was in love. It smells like vanilla and coconut with a soft spiced undertone, and it tastes exactly like that. It's perfect and faintly sweet without any sweetener at all and I think this is exactly the sort of tea that makes a perfect tea latte. YUM. ”

“ This is a surprisingly light blend, but the Thai Chai really comes through and gives it a little bite. I've tried it plain and sweetened (it's tasty both ways), but what I really want to do is get some condensed milk and try it Thai iced tea style... Yum! ”
