As I read the Mango Tea description I thought it would combine well with other tropical flavors, hence the Coconut. To cut through the fruitiness, I included the Green Chai and ginger for some spice while still sticking with my Asian palate. The story of the sun princess delighted me so I chose a similar spin-off name for my blend.
