Night Time Delight

I bought a night time tea and a tea for tension to help me reduce my stress that was building up in unhealthy ways. I was unable to go to bed easily and would not sleep through the night. Then I decided to create a tea to replace my night time tea. The tea I was drinking was made by a company and contained ingredients that just didn't work for me or sometimes would leave me with a headache but still providing a calming affect. It was hit or miss, but Chamomile has always worked for me growing up, and recently I was turned onto Eucalyptus and Spearmint body wash for relaxation. That sparked the idea of introducing Spearmint. Next the night time tea I had did have a flavor that I couldn't pinpoint but did enjoy. Then I realized it was just a touch of Lemon Grass. With this combination I had all the affects of these calming teas with a full rounded flavor. This tea works for me and hopefully it will help someone else get a good nights sleep and relieve the tension of the day and get a full nights rest again.
