I designed this blend after a weekend full of revelry. I searched my cupboard to find the perfect tea for my headache and sour stomach, and I didn't have anything! Everything was either caffeinated, had strong flavors, or was black tea (which makes me queasy on an empty stomach).
The main ingredient, peppermint, is known for its ability to help stomach discomfort, reduce nausea, act as an anti-inflammatory, dull headaches, and freshen breath. Chamomile also works to soothe the stomach, calm muscle spasms, and increase healing. Lemongrass backs up the others with it's stomach-settling properties, as well as increasing circulation. Ginger also helps with nausea and circulation.
