“ This item, to me, represents adagio's commitment to cutomer service. I recieved a cracked chest, and they accepted an exchange without question, Then, after a mix-up with the teabags that came with the chest, they sent me a full box of replacement bags in varying kinds.

This is the reason that no matter where I stray, I keep coming back to Adagio. They have great tea, great prices, and great customer service. What more can anyone really ask for? ”

“ If you're only looking for an organized solution to storing all those free tea samples you've been accumulating in one convenient place, I'm afraid you're out of luck here. Though the description does list the dimensions of this chest, I do wish it came with some indication that sample packages will not fit into the compartments. The only way to use this chest to store your samples is to remove the partitions, eliminating any real way of keeping your teas effectively organized. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful chest, and that deserves some points, at least. ”

“ I ordered 2 of these to store my samples. The picture on this site does not do these justice. They are absolutely beautiful and I love how there are removable dividers. With the dividers in each store 24 tins divided into 6 sections. The sections are great because it lends a little organization to my different types of teas. ”
