“ Chae-Na White, blended by Alaine, receives high praise for its refreshing and light nature, combining delicate white tea with a harmonious mix of fruit flavors. Reviewers celebrate its lovely golden brew and the natural sweetness enhanced by notes of apricot, peach, and blueberry. Whether enjoyed hot or as a delightful cold brew, this tea presents a pleasing astringency without bitterness, offering a smooth, slightly woody mouthfeel. The inclusion of marigold petals and the genuine fruit pieces add visual and aromatic appeal. While ideal for those appreciating milder teas, Chae-Na White's nuanced fruit blend and versatility as both a hot and iced beverage earn it affection from a wider audience, marking it as a perfect choice for welcoming the warmer months. ”
“ There is a light fruit aroma coming from the CommuniTEA packet. It steeps into a lovely golden color. It tastes of fruit - no specific fruit - just yummy. Adding ¼ teaspoon of sweetener to 10 oz really allows the fruits to push forward and frolic on my tongue. Then a peachy flavor seems to rise up above the other fruits, but in general they all seem to work well together. Light, lovely white tea. As good as it is hot, it is fabulous tasting when cool, so this will make an inviting ice tea for summer. Bravo Alaine! (3 mins @ 180ºF + sweetener). ”

“ No blueberry pieces were noted in my communiTEA packet. However, there were plenty of apricot and peach pieces seen. Blueberry aromas were noted.
I had 1.97 grams of ingredients, enough for an eight ounce medium strength steep. I steeped for three minutes as recommended at 175°F (no 180 button.)
When hot, mild combined fruit flavors were noted. I added ⅛ teaspoon of sugar to assist fruit flavors.
When warm, all three fruit flavors were individually noticeable and moderate tasting … very nice! A pleasant and very acceptable astringency was noted from the white tea. No bitterness was noted. The white tea added a mild woody mouthfeel. The blueberry flavoring took over for the missing fruit just fine.
This blend is to be partook slowly, like a fine white wine! An outstanding sip indeed! Kudos to you, Alaine! (3 mins @ 175ºF, ⅛ tsp sugar) ”
alaine's Response: What a nice thing to say! Thank you, Jim.
“ Blender review: Chae-Na White is made of white peony, blueberry and peach teas. It brews to a lovely golden color and is naturally sweet, with just a touch of fruitiness. The tea is lovely when hot, but it's also refreshing and smooth as a cold brewed. And when you're done steeping, you can nibble on the berries. Mmm....
